MRT rarely cancels performances due to bad weather. However, if you feel that you are unable to safely attend because of weather, you can contact the Box Office (978-654-7575) to select a different performance with no exchange fee. If you exchange for a higher-priced performance or seat, an upgrade cost will apply.
In the rare event that a performance is cancelled, a notice will be posted on our website and Facebook page, and the Box Office will contact everyone with tickets to that performance.
