MILITARY NIGHT AT MERRIMACK REPERTORY THEATRE TO HONOR SERVICE MEMBERS AND FAMILIES

Half-price tickets for December 8 performance of
"Going to See the Kid"

Merrimack Repertory Theatre (MRT) continues its partnership in Blue Star Theatres with Military Night, a discounted performance of Going to See the Kid on Thursday December 8 at 7:30 pm. The event is part of MRT’s ongoing effort to make live theatre accessible to those who have served in the U.S. armed forces.

All active, retired, and veteran service members and their guests can purchase tickets for the Military Night performance at a 50% discount. In addition, MRT offers a $10 off (up to four tickets) military discount to any performances within the season. Tickets can be purchased securely online at mrt.org with the discount code MIL50 or by calling 978-654-4678. Service members and Blue Star families should show identification when picking up tickets at the Box Office.

Blue Star Theatres is an initiative of the Theatre Communications Group (TCG) and Blue Star Families, with a network of 151 participants nationwide—including MRT. Its mission:

“…to better connect theatre offerings to military personnel across the United States… to recognize the contributions of service families, to build stronger connections between the theatre community and military families in communities all across the country, and to help in whatever small way we can to aid service people and their families as they seek to be integrated into the lives of their communities.”
